Wuthering Heights is widely regarded as Emily Brontë's greatest novel. It recounts the story of Heathcliff and Catherine, whose intense attachment as children grows into an all-consuming yet destructive love. This powerful and violent gothic romance reveals human passions at their most dangerous.
