"The oldest section of the Codex is the introductory Saints' calendar in Latin composed for the Turku Diocese ... the major part consists of 177 parchment sheets with Swedish text containing the section of the law of the church from the Uppland provincial law (fol. 7r-21v, pp. 13--42) and King Magnus Erikssons' Law of the Realm (fol. 22r-, pp. 43- ) and in addition Magnus Erikssons' Manorial law (pp. 65-69). At the end of the manuscript there are also included sections 10-12 of the section on the Kings' law from the Uppland Code"--Vol. [2], p. 12.
