Héritier d une riche famille de la côte Est, Adam Haines est très attaché à sa vie de célibataire sans attaches. Aussi, le jour où il rencontre Kirby Fairchild, fille d un célèbre peintre dont il est l invité, c est presque par jeu qu il se laisse séduire et devient son amant. Un jeu bien utile, qui lui permet d enquêter sans risque dans le château de ses hôtes... Car Adam a menti. Son séjour chez les Fairchild n a rien d une visite de courtoisie : il est à la recherche d un tableau volé, que le père de Kirby est soupçonné de cacher chez lui.

Work Description
