WSU MASC copy 2 different state: lacks limited ed. statement and the words "with a facsimile" on title page. Has 1-leaf facsimile tipped in at p. 3. Measures 19 cm. and is printed on manufactured paper.
WSU MASC copy came with publisher's complimentary clip.
