This is a strategy, hints, tips, advise, and design guide to the Personal Computer game (PC) game "SimCity 2000", on Macintosh and Windows, MS-DOS format versions. It has detailed information on the options screens, menus, toolbars, and icons, used in the game. There are strategies on all of the various power, zones, laws, transportation, waterworks, public services, rewards that the player can receive, what do to do when disasters occur, and tips on winning the 'Scenarios'. The last two sections tell how to run the games programs on the various systems, and detail how to change the scenery and modify the terrain. There are many gray-scale screenshots. This book was also released in "SimCity 2000: Strategies and Secrets, Special Edition" ISBN: 0782116647.
