He has 3 months to marry or it all goes to his cousin.
But H wants to find someone who'll love him for himself not money.
Because of a deathbed promise to her father She has to mzrry for money.
Ugh, he's disguised as a gardener, they meet, can't get together
Ahhh!
The perceived as evil cousin disguises himself as just the kind of man dhe needs to marry...

1.She MUST marry for money: she made a deathbed promise.

2.He has money, but wants someone to love him for him, Not b/c he has money

She loves him, but see rule #1
He loves her but see rule #2

Does she choose the known rich guy first?
You would think she's choose LOVE, right?
Or is it first comes marriage?...

Oops, according to some reviews very steamy.
Okies steamy may be euphemistic for naughty,
Prolly a DNR?

First Sentence

""You must marry her." Jack Alexander Woodward crossed one boot over another and leaned back in his leather chair. He glanced at the delicate woman across the room who shot fierce sparks of fury from her amber eyes. He'd been told by many women his mouth had a natural sulky pout made for sex, but those same lips were able to form a sneer that could intimidate the most demanding of females. Unfortunately, the woman before him was his mother, and not the least bit afraid"
