Harold Begbie

The photograph shows Harold Begbie with his wife Gertrude and three of his four daughters. Janet Begbie on the left who later published a book of poems, Morning Mist, as well as several books under the pseudonym of Elizabeth croly. Next to her, sitting, Joan Begbie who had several books published including Sergeant the Dog and Freelance the Pony. Lastly Eve Begbie who sadly died aged 12 years of age from chloroform poisoning after an operation to remove her appendix. Behind are two servants whose names, unfortunately, I don't know
