Pediatric urology has been at the forefront of endoscopic surgery since the advent of ureteroscopy and valve ablation. Despite this, complex minimally invasive procedures have been relatively slow to permeate pediatric urology. This is natural, since pediatric urologic surgeons tend to be protective of the child the the procedural outcomes. Authors who contributed to this volume represent that protectivelness and inherent thoughfulness.
