The zine is about self-confidence vs. egotism, eating disorders, the loss of friendships, addiction and recovery, and self-injury. Healy identifies her main themes as love and urban life, and also throws in essays about scamming, a Chinatown bus ride, and having been a cutter. This typewritten zine includes photographs of Rosie and her friends, as well as a handwritten soundtrack listing.
