"Printed on paper made by hand for this book at HMP Paper Mill. Four hundred copies were printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The design is by Dan Carr. The Spectrum types were hand set by Julia Ferrari & Dan Carr at Golgonooza Letter Foundry. The lithographs were printed at Trestle Editions"--Colophon.
Signed at colophon by the author and the artist.
Bound at Jovonis Bindery, and issued in dropback box.
LC has copy no. 1 in dropback box, with prospectus (no. 572, Feb. 1994) of Limited Editions Club laid in.
Acquired as part of an archival set from the publisher in 2008.
