Edition Notes

Signatures : A-D⁴.

Decorative head-pieces and initials.

There seems to be real confusion over this imprint. The king's printers Robert Barker and the first John Bill were both dead by the 1660 date assigned by the BM. The imprint used on other editions of the work after 1630 was first "the Assigns of John Bill". Robert Barker was succeeded by his son Christopher.
