Robbie Robinson likes all kinds of aquatic life. He'd like to have friends too, it's just that his schoolmates think he's a bit peculiar. So Robbie is delighted when Theodore, the new boy at school, befriends him. But then Robbie makes a gigantic idiot of himself in front of Theodore and turns their trip to Looney World into a disaster. Things go from bad to worse at the Chinese restaurant when he has to make a life or death decision.
