[blank] secretary of the Senate, [blank] clerk of the House of Representatives. The other, unrecorded, but filmed by the Readex Microprint Corp. for Bristol B7179, is without this certificate.
Followed by: An act to recognize and adapt to the Constitution of the United States the establishment of the troops ... Approved, September the 29th, 1789. [and] An act to regulate processes in the courts of the United States. ... Approved, September the 29th, 1789.
