Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in tan calfskin and combed marbled papers. The armorial bookplate of Frederic Perkins and the bookplate of Marsden J. Perry are both present on the front pastedown. The embossed stamp of the Library is present on the title page, as is an inscription of attribution to D'Avenant. In this copy, leaf K2 (likely blank) is wanting.
