Edition Notes

"Mr. Gehl wishes to stress that the presentation was designed as an oral one and is not a formal essay. He further suggests that, for maximum understanding, his readers must imagine a speech delivered with a strong Midwestern accent. He considers this essential to the meaning of the original as well as to its flavor."

Previously published in Italian: Progetto Grafico, anno 1, no. 1, (luglio 2003), p. 34-38.

Mounted illustrations.

It is because of Rob's suggestion that this book came to be made. Russell Maret."
