Three of the illusbrations are mounted.

Preface by William Drenttel and Jessica Helfand.

"Printed by letterpress, fine-line duotone, and full-color offset lithography by The Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. The papers used are Mohawk Superfine, Mohawk Vellum, and Warren's Lustro Dull. The type used in the introduction and list is Zapf Renaissance roman, with hand-lettered initials."--Colophon.
