With a specific focus on rock, Powell challenges the frequent and mainstream ways women’s hobbies are undercut, explaining and emphasizing how some of the most famous bands, like the Beatles, and rock music in general wouldn’t be famous or exist without women. The zine also includes a cataloguing of “Ace character crushes.”
