An edition of Masterpieces (1984)

Masterpieces

In 'Masterpieces' a female social worker in the land of misogyny moves from ignorance to anger and action as she rejects the man made world in which she lives. Sarah Daniels' daring dark comedy, which met with outrage on its debut, lambasts the porn industry, suggesting its potentially devastating effects on individuals and society. It premiered at the Young Exchange, Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, in 1983.
