I am Robert Leaton Cook's third son, Benjamin L. Cook. This book, "The Man Who Changed the Future", written by Lynden Herbert, was a rewritten work which included a sort of "autobiographical account" of the influence of a higher power in my father's life, as well as more information on the actual principle which mathematically describes the way the machine produced power and motion. Paperback editions were sent out, some hand-signed by the inventor (my father) himself. My father famously asked for just a dollar--or was it a penny--from every listener on the Coast to Coast AM radio show, to get his autograph.
