Nicholaus Siculus "may be identical with the magister Nicholaus Graecus ciericus abbatis Sancti Albani ... who ... assisted Grosseteste to translate the Testaments of the XII patriarchs in 1242 [and is] doubtless ... the Nicholaus Graecus who is mentioned as Canon of Lincoln in 1258 and 1260 ... Another conceivable identification is with Nicolaus de Regio (Reggio-Calabria)"--p. 27-28.
