Printer is probably W. Wilkins who printed The Laws of Jamaica in London, 1716.

This edition is a reissue of the London, 1716 edition with a cancelled title page.

"The preface", p. [iii]-xxx, is signed by William Wood and gives a descriptive account of the island, and first appeared as "To the reader" in The laws of Jamaica, London, 1683.

"Mr. Francis Hanson's account of the island and government of Jamaica, which was wrote in or about the year 1682", p. [446]-457, was first printed as the preface of The laws of Jamaica, London, 1683.

Signatures: A⁸ (A1 verso blank) b⁸ c² B-2F⁸ 2G⁴ H² (-H2)

Errata: p. [1], 4th count.

Title page printed within double rule border; woodcut printer's ornament on title page; head and tail pieces; initials.
