Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy in original, Yapp-style vellum-covered boards with silk ties, as issued. The bookplate of the BPL Elizabeth Fund is present on the front pastedown. Twenty-four plates are detached from their original stubs and are presently housed within the volume. Housed in a green cloth slipcase.
