James Miller M'Kim writes William Lloyd Garrison enclosing a letter by Mr. MacAllister, whom M'Kim describes as a "prominent member of the Penn[sylvani]a Historical Society", which M'Kim begs Garrison to read. M'Kim requests that Garrison confirm whether "our Anti-Slavery records contain any account of the burning of a slave in Georgia or elsewhere by sentence of a regular court". M'Kim expresses his concerns for the state of Garrison's health.
