First Sentence

"“Humans!” Lord Nac Wer shouted. “Looks like they’re heading back to Mars, from Planet Wells,” he thought to himself as he signaled a nearby Hasar craft in the area. Scanning the ship, a flashing image came across his screen. It told Lord Nac Wer that a subspace signal was coming from the Human craft. “What’s this? Humans don’t have subspace technologies. They must have found something on Wells! Well, I’ll have the Hasar capture the ship, or blow it up, but I can’t let humans have the Wells tech… Huh? Looks like that ship is called the Solid Luck. Funny, after I am through with them, they won’t feel so lucky.” Lord Wer continued doing his calculations. “The ship will reach Mars in about four more rotations and twenty rills. The Hasar will cut it close. It will be there in only four rotations and seventeen rills. Sir Yid will be happy I am keeping a close eye on that odd planet Wells,” Lord Nac Wer said laughing to himself."
