Lexy Lomax has run away from her obnoxious husband, taking with her a cool half million of his ill-gotten gains and a homicidal chihuahua called Kinky. Holed up in a decrepit log cabin on the Suffolk coast. Lexy finds herself mistaken for the previous owner of the cabin, a private investigator, now deceased.
