Published to commemorate the birth of Richard Jefferies at Coate Farm, Chisledon, Wiltshire on November 6th, 1848. It is included in the Worthing Cavalcade Series, as he spent the last days of his life and passed away at Goring, Worthing on the 14th August, 1887.
