Signed and dated: A true copy, extracted from the minutes of the corporation, May 23, 1783. Test. James Sproat, secty.

Followed by: At a meeting of said corporation at the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, May 22, 1784. Whereas a number of ministers who have been settled more than seven years, propose to become contributors to the fund ... The secretary is ordered to procure printed copies of this, and the last year's minute, and send them to the moderators of every presbytery within the bounds of the synod of New-York and Philadelphia.

Dated [Philadelphia, 1784] by Bristol, but mistakenly included with the entries for 1783.
