This is a tips, strategy, and hints book, for helping players score more points and last longer at arcade video games. There are illustrations of the game screens, rather then screenshots. The main section covers 9 games. This section tells of the popularity of the game, what the player is supposed to do, the points that the certain items are worth, general patterns and tips, in two parts 'Elements', and 'Strategy'. After this section, there is a 'Statistics' section with nine different criteria, such as the number of machines sold, the appeal of the game, to different age groups and sexes, and such. The third section gives one page of review and tips for 4 other games. The last section gives short reviews of 4 new (at the time the book was published) arcade games.
