Most decrees have title: Ukaz Ego Imperatorskago Velichestva Samoderzht͡s︡a Vserossīĭskago, iz Pravitelʹstvui͡u︡shchago Senata.
Probably compiled in 1800 or 1801.

Some decrees printed on one side of leaf only.
Does not correspond precisely in number of pages and inclusive dates to any one of the entries for 1799 decribed in Svodnyĭ katalog, vol. III, items 7516-7518.
LC copy has 12-page manuscript table of contents at front on folded sheets of early 19th-century (blue) paper, signed at end: Laptev. Table of contents lists items 141 through 236 for July through Dec. 1799, all of which are present and are numbered in manuscript in the text; text begins with items 132 to 140, numbered in manuscript and not represented in table of contents.
