Includes, typographically distinguished, the texts of the 88 rules formulated at end of title 12 of book 5 of Liber sextus decretalium; each preceded by a set of numbered "argumenta" and followed by (Dinus's) commentary proceeding by the numbers. An apparatus of additions and other notes flanks or partly surrounds the commentary.
"C. M." stands for Carolus Molinaeus, i.e. Charles Du Moulin (d. 1566)
Device on t.p.: scepter with shining eye on top, between two olive branches, held by an arm around which a snake is wound; motto "Vincenti."
