"The main text was machine-set in 12 pt Caslon at Speedspools. The title text in Caslon Old Face was added by hand. The book was printed at the Old School Press in the autumn of 2011 on a ream of Turkey Mill wove paper ... The images were printed by Northend Creative Print Solutions. The binding was executed by Ludlow Bookbinding"--Colophon.
