Cops, psychics and comedians are involved in roleplay one way or the other but Tova Mozard goes deeper, to find uncharted territories within these stereotypes, seen and mirrored within and beyond ourselves using Los Angeles as its prismatic stage. The book features an essay by artist Annika Elisabeth von Hausswolff and a conversation between Tova Mozard and artist and filmmaker Chris Kraus.
