Illustrations: The first unnumbered plate is an extra engraved title page: "The liturgy of the church of England, adorn'd with 55 historical cuts. B. Lens delin J. Sturt sc. [London] : Sold by John Sturt in Golden-Lion-Court in Aldersgate Street and John Nutt in the Savoy." Following is frontispiece portrait of "Her Britannic Majesty Queen Anne", signed I. Sturt sculp. Plates in text are numbered 2-53. There are 2 plates numbered 41. This work may appear without illustrations, and the same plates may be found in other issues and formats of the Book of common prayer.
