SCNHRB copy 39088014683478 has had the printed errata excised from T3 (which is wanting), and mounted on the verso of leaf A1. Pages 28 and 29 are numbered correctly, in contrast to the description of paging errors provided in Lisney. The "portr. by Persyn" mentioned in Hagen (but not in the other cited references) is not present.
SCNHRB copy has the name of a former owner[?] inscribed on the verso of the 2nd front free endpaper: Mr. Theodore Johnson; with ms. pencil notes on the verso of the 1st front free endpaper ("Edition limited to 150 copies") and the verso of leaf A1 ("I bought this of King").
SCNHRB copy has bookplate: Smithsonian Institution Libraries. Purchased from the Cullman Endowment.
