Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy cataloged under call no. G.527.J15L bound in ca. 19th century calf triple panelled in blind. The spine is ruled in gilt with a black leather label title-stamped in gilt. The bookplate of the BPL James Lyman Whitney Fund is present on the front pastedown. A pencil inscription of collation is present on the verso of the front free endpaper, along with a laid-on dealer's description. The first leaf (A1) is supplied in facsimile. A2-A4 are remargined. Early marginalia is present throughout. The sections concerning Thomas of Canterbury (h4-h7, x3-x4) are struck out by an early hand. Numerous early inscriptions and autographs are present on the verso of the final leaf, including "William Kempe," "Henry[?] Hales," and others.

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy cataloged under call no. BX 4654.J332 1527 is a fragment that contains two leaves only (fol. Cxiv and fol. CCCviii). At the fore-edge and tail-edge of Cxiv are two ca. 16th-century English inscriptions, both trimmed-off. The two leaves are housed in a gray folder.
