Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in modern calfskin and marbled papers with the title stamped in gilt along the spine. The perforation stamp of the Library is present on the title page, with the bookplate of the Bowditch fund on the front pastedown. The final gathering of two leaves ([L]℗ø), which contain the errata and addendum, are wanting.
