Early printing. Includes tinted black and white frontispiece and 7 additional tinted illustrations after drawings by F. V. DuMond. Top edge gilt, deckle edges. A signed Margaret Armstrong Art Nouveau binding in gold, green and white on smooth dark blue cloth. A series of lyrical essays about rivers the author has visited and fished in the United States, Canada and overseas. A beautiful copy of one of Armstrong's stained glass style bindings. -- Austin Abbey Rare Books.
