The Cora Bales Sevier, "Sevier Family History" book is known to the Sevier family as the Premiere book ON the family. It is comprehensive, thoughtful, and very well done. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to know more about the Seviers, who had such an impact in the South. Valentine Sevier's sons all gave of themselves in service to their communities and to these United States. John Sevier's letters as the governor of the failed state of Franklin, also help put into perspective just what was going on at that time. The book is insightful.
