The Houghton Library copy is a made-up set, completed by Ian and Matthew Tyson of the Tetrad Press, original printer of the work; to fill out Jonathan Williams' imperfect set they assembled fascicles VI, VII and VIII from their extra holdings of silkscreens from the original printing, and the artist then initialed the pages.

Imperfect: wanting the title/colophon pages from v. 8, 10 pt. 1-2.

In the Houghton Library set, the vols. are numbered as follows: v. 1: 59/100; v. 2: 5/100; v. 3: 17/100; v. 4: 31/100; v. 5: 28/100; v. 6-7, 9 not numbered.
