I. Canterbury Rochester, Bath and Wells, Bristol, Chichester, London. Also, "Instructions for taking this survey," and an engr. facsim. "Exemplar valoris ecclesiastici temp. regis Hen. VIII." vol. II. Winchester, Salisbury, Oxford, Exeter, Gloucester. vol. III. Hereford, Coventry and Lichfield, Worcester, Norwich, Ely. vol. IV. Lincoln, Peterborough,Landaff, St. David's, Bangor, St. Asaph. vol. V. York, Chester, Carlisle, Durham.
Vol. VI, printed by G. Eyre and A. Spottiswoode, 1883 (1834 on t.-p.) has subtitle "Appendix et indices" and includes the "General introduction and general map" referred to by note inserted in vol. I.
