Comprises: An act for making more effectual provision for the government of the province of Quebec in North America (i.e. The Quebec Act, p. I-V) and, An act to establish a fund towards further defraying the charges of the administration of justice, and support of the civil government within the province of Quebec in America (p. VI-VIII).

Followed by the texts of 2 amendments to each of the preceding acts, as well as "An act for extending the jurisdiction of the courts of justice in the provinces of Lower and Upper Canada, to the trial and punishment of persons guilty of crimes and offences within certain parts of North America adjoining to the said provinces".
