A Non -fiction account of how city of Dallas big business leaders bought off the Leaders of the African American community, during the Civil Rights era and continue doing so today, so as to not have the race riot problems that plagued other major cities across Southern America.
Dallas was relatively peaceful because the African American leaders were in the pocket of the man, and still are. They came to an Accommodation.
