Karl Christian Sigismund Bernhardi (* 5. Oktober 1799 in Ottrau; † 1. August 1874 in Kassel) war ein deutscher Schriftsteller und Politiker.
Bernhardi studierte in Marburg Theologie und Philologie, erhielt 1826 die Stelle eines Universitätsbibliothekars in Löwen, wo er seine Studien fortgesetzt hatte, und wurde 1829 als erster Bibliothekar an die kurhessische Landesbibliothek in Kassel berufen.
Die hessische Bewegung von 1830 fand in ihm einen ihrer rüstigsten Vorkämpfer. Vom 18. Mai 1848 bis zum 21. Mai 1849 war er Abgeordneter für den 2. kurhessischen Wahlbezirk Eschwege in der Frankfurter Nationalversammlung, wo er zur Partei Heinrich von Gagerns, der Casino-Fraktion gehörte. Nach der Auflösung der Nationalversammlung nahm er am Gothaer Nachparlament teil. Von 1867 bis 1870 war er Mitglied des norddeutschen Reichstags sowie des preußischen Abgeordnetenhauses und schloss sich hier der nationalliberalen Partei an.
