Jane Goodger (Blackwood)

Jane Goodger is the pen name of Jane Blackwood.

She worked as a journalist for 12 years before deciding that writing about happy endings was much more fun than writing about real life. Jane wrote her first book when she was six; it was about a worm who didn't want to be a worm. Fascinating stuff. Now she happily spends her time writing, reading, hunting for sea glass near her home in New England, hanging out with her three kids, or anything else unrelated to housework. Her husband can attest to this fact.

"Ever since I was a young girl I adored everything Victorian, from houses to clothing to horse-drawn carriages. It was a pivotal time in history and one I love to become immersed in."
