This is a very technical book on aero engines, contains numerous fourmulae and graphs. Not much space spent with text, the discussions and basic science are straightforward. This book should have been a must for the students of engine design. Part II is indeed a very pleasant reading experience for those interested on the history of aeroengines, this part has a lot of photos and drawings of aero engines from several contries.
