It is a folio of prints, not a book, contained in a large paper folder. There are 10 prints of buildings in Staunton and Augusta county, Virginia measuring 18 x 14. They appear to be ink drawings. There is a 7 pages introduction by Mr. Day's first wife and fellow artist, Elizabeth Nottingham Day.
