Barracuda Pilot is the ture story of a young man and his life experiences during the second world war. It has humour, romance, action and feeling. It also gives the reader an accurate historical account of life during this period. Exactly what it was like to train to be a Naval pilot and fly off an aircraft carrier is well communicated in this easy to read book. What was it like to fly the Barracuda? This book gives perhaps the best discription available anywhere, of exactly how to fly the one time front line Fleet Air Arm torpedo bommer. Many relevant and exciting photographs give added life to the book. Well done Dunstan Hadley, an excellent book.
