Frederick Howard Taylor (born 1862 in London, England; died 1946), commonly known as F. Howard Taylor, was a British Protestant Christian missionary to China, author, speaker and second son of James Hudson Taylor (1832-1905) (founder of the China Inland Mission, later Overseas Missionary Fellowship, today OMF International), and Maria Jane Dyer (1837-1870). From 1894 until his death he was married with Mary Geraldine Guinness Taylor (1865-1949). Together they authored several books as “Dr. and Mrs. Howard Taylor”.
