Published by Francis James Publishing, 49 Friern Barnet Lane, London, N.11, printed at The Chiswick Press, (the author was a later partner in The Golden Cockerel Press, which had close links to Chiswick). Paper covers-front cover blue with waves design at top & reversed at bottom, and reef(?) knot below author's name. Rear cover blank except for price in small print, lower corner by spine. Stapled binding, 48pp excl covers. Undated, probably 1944. Pp5-24 are quiz questions (quizzes are numbered in Roman numerals, all questions sequentially numbered to end, with Arabic numbers, 20 questions per quiz), pp25-43 are answers, pp44-47 'Notes' (blank). Page 48 (not numbered) has large device of The Chiswick Press.
