This work was to have been published by S. Leacroft, London, in 1775. "[Percy] procured designs for an engraved title-page and for a frontispiece, as well as smaller illustrations; and he saw most of the text in proof. Why the book was not completed we can only surmise." cf. p. [v]-vi.
